 Mike Braden 1954 - 2003
BVA, like many of its clients, has been forced to deal with the reality of death from the negligence of others, giving the lawyers life-experience empathy for our personal injury clients. Mike Braden, one of the founding partners of the firm, died in an airplane crash on July 8, 2003. Mike was on a training flight in a 2000 Cessna 172SP that lost stability control after a bird strike on the wing. Mike was widely regarded as an excellent trial lawyer and a great person. He is deeply missed by all of those who knew him.
